Photography Disclaimer – What to Expect

Thank you for considering a session! Here are a few important things to know before booking:

Image Results May Vary

Lighting, weather (like clouds or bright sun), and other outdoor factors affect every session. Each game and shoot is unique — no two moments are the same!

Each Session is One-of-a-Kind

While I aim for consistent quality, every session has its own vibe depending on the sport, setting, and game play. Specific past results may not be exactly replicated.

Portfolio Agreement

By booking, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed my portfolio and are comfortable with the photography style and image quality I provide.

Parent Consent Required

A parent or guardian must approve all bookings. If images may be used for marketing or social media, a signed release will be requested.

Weather & Rescheduling

If weather gets in the way, we’ll work together to reschedule. I’ll make the call based on safety and conditions for quality photos.

Payment & Refund Policy

Session fees are non-refundable once booked. Cancellations under 48 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling. Full payment is due by the session date.

Sideline Access is a Must

I need sideline access to capture game action. Please check with your coach or athletic director to ensure permission is granted.

Turnaround Time

Images are delivered within 14 business days in a private online gallery.

Respect & Safety

I reserve the right to end a session early due to unsafe behavior or disruption. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
